HOT DESIGN STYLES FOR 2025
Biophilic Design: a design approach that aims to connect people with nature by incorporating natural elements into homes. The goal is to create a healthier and more productive living environment by bringing the outdoors in.
Electic Design: a design approach that’s more of an art of mixing different style, colors, and textures to create a unique, personalized, and collected space that reflects individuality and creativity.
Classical & Timeless: a design theme that never goes out of style, this design approach is elegant, balanced, and features enduring style that never goes out of style.
Nostalgic: today’s homeowners are having fun incorporating a design approach that evokes feelings of the past by incorporating vintage elements and sentimental details that remind them of earlier times.
Modern Farmhouse: one of the most popular design styles, the ladies at Design to Market says modern farmhouse is here to stay for a while but we’re going to see it evolve in 2025 by incorporating elements of biophilic and more modern styles.
TRENDS IN PAINT COLORS
We’re embracing more color in 2025 with muddied, earthy, and moody colors. Jewel tones are on the rise for accents and accessories. And we’re loving bold warm colors, rich grounding neutrals, and warmer whites.
ACCESSORIZE YOUR HOME WITH LIGHTING
Design to Market recommends looking at your home’s lighting as jewelry for your home. Have fun with statement lighting from the bedroom to the bathroom and beyond.
WARM AND INVITING
In 2025 we’re warming up our homes with rich woods in lieu of white cabinets and we’re incorporating plenty of arches that soften soft drywall corners.
MIXED METALS
Modernize your home with mixed metals and a touch of bold. But remember, today’s gold is not the shiny brass we saw in the nineties. Today’s gold is softer, brushed, and a whole lot less shiny!
