Joe is very organized and respects your time by making appointments well in advance. He is very professional and proficient in his work and the end results. Joe gives advice and makes suggestions on how to maintain your home to prevent future issues. Joe is personable, very efficient and is an asset to your team. It was a pleasure working with him.

My wife and I relocated from Wisconsin, and only had a short period to house-hunt in person. In that time, we fell in love with a Schmidt Builders home that was still being built.
